What Is Life Coaching?

Life coaching isn’t about telling you what to do.

It’s about helping you understand what’s keeping you stuck and focusing on the one thing we have the power to change—ourselves.

Through our thoughts, emotions, habits, and choices, we can create a different way of moving through life.

One Tool We Use: EFT (Tapping)

One of the tools I use in coaching is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as tapping.

EFT helps you:

  • Calm your nervous system

  • Process emotions

  • Reduce stress and cravings

Instead of just talking through things, we actually help your body and mind release what’s stuck.

We look at the situations that might be influencing your feelings and choices today.

We’ll build a personal toolbox with practical tools to help you navigate emotional ups and downs, shift unhelpful thought patterns, build consistency, break old habits, and handle setbacks with more confidence.

05 — Turning Insight Into Action

We’ll take what we uncover and turn it into practical steps you can use in everyday life—creating habits that stick, navigating challenges with more confidence, and continuing to move forward.
