Xtend is a great multivitamin + immune support. The + on all of Zinzino’s products means it is all-natural. So Extend has some synthetic vitamins like folic acid instead of folate, but this also makes it more affordable. The Xtend+ is an all natural form of all the vitamins. My family uses both. So no right or wrong. Some functional medicine doctors recommend folate instead of folic acid if you have certain genetic mutations.
